Not every data architect starts with code.

Andreas didn’t either. He started in accounting.

Turns out, that “detour” was exactly the right move.

Today, Andreas leads Teamit’s data practice, working across Azure, GCP, AWS, and on-prem environments, building solutions for industries like manufacturing, finance, healthcare, and the public sector.

🎄✨ Wrapping up the year, Teamit style ✨🎄

As the year comes to a close, we gather around good food, great conversations, and even better company to share it all with. Today, we came together over a delicious Christmas lunch. Moments like these are a reminder of what really makes Teamit special: the people.

This year has been full of learning, building, and growing together, and we’re grateful for every Teamit colleague, customer, and partner who’s been part of the journey.

In the spirit of the season, we’re also making a donation to Pelastakaa Lapset ry - Save the Children Finland () to support children and families who need it most in Finland and globally. This result is based on 96 customer feedback responses, with an average score of 9.8/10 to the question: “How likely are you to recommend this consultant for similar assignments?”

For those who might not be familiar with it:
👉NPS (Net Promoter Score) measures customer loyalty and satisfaction.
👉It is calculated as the percentage of promoters (9–10 ratings) minus the percentage of detractors (0–6 ratings).
👉The score ranges from –100 to +100.
👉Generally, above 0 is good, 50+ is excellent, and 70+ is world-class.
🌟Our result of 96 is truly outstanding!

This achievement highlights what our customers value the most: our consultants’ ability not only to deliver technically but also to act as strategic partners who understand the bigger picture, challenge constructively, and help shape long-term success.
