💼 “I’m working as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in Fast Track projects. My job is to make sure that everything is functioning well, and the team can work as planned. Hybrid work creates some new challenges for the management but also for the other team members. These days it’s very important to take care of brain ergonomics. Cognitive overload is unfortunately the new normal. In my opinion, information overload, unnecessary meetings and other distractions are also things that the Scrum Master should protect the team from. Having the right people in well planned meeting at the right time enables to have more efficient meetings and teams!”

🤝 “I joined Kaito over a year ago. I happened to be looking for new opportunities when my former colleague and current neighbour Timo Vehmaskoski suggested that I should consider joining Kaito. I was convinced by the culture, people as well as compensation / benefits.”

💼 “I have been participating in internal development and pre-sales, but most of my time goes to customer work in one of our Customer Circles for financial customers. At the customer I get to do what I enjoy in great team. More specifically, I’m using my skills and experience in planning, developing, and setting up a Python-based MLOps framework for automated customer analytics results.
What makes this work really interesting and motivating is that the solution is built on top of Snowpark. which is a fairly new technology. Also, I have pretty much free hands with the solution design. Early adoption does not come without problems, but all obstacles have been solved so far with creativity and persistence.”

🔙 “I started my career as a research scientist, in the field of ecology. While I greatly enjoyed doing research, after 15 years I was ready move on in order to gain more financial stability and less stress. Being interested in programming and statistical methods, it was fairly smooth for me to make a career switch from research to data science. Before joining Kaito, I have worked in several consulting companies in different data science roles.”
