The City of Helsinki has a feedback terminal in one of the coolest places Feedbackly terminals have probably been - it is inside a lamb farm! 🐑

Haltiala farm is a particularly popular destination among families with children. The cows in Haltiala are kept outside throughout the year and can be seen from early morning to late at night. You also get to meet other animals at the farm, such as cute lambs born in the spring.

They have one simple yet very important question for their customers: "How do you feel after visiting us?"

Well, no surprise that their EVI score is through the roof, because who wouldn't love baby lambs! 😍 Fun fact: one of the reasons why negative emotions have been selected was "my kid just likes a red color" ❤️

Finnish clothing retailer Kekäle is a prime example of a company that does their very best to make customers happy. To know if they have succeeded in it, they simply ask customers about their feelings! 💚

Kekäle has found that the Emotional Value Index (EVI) provides more insight about their customer experience than NPS. If customers feel joy or trust while shopping, they are 40% more likely to make a purchase than if they feel irritated or sad.
