Giving candidates an option of applying with their LinkedIn profile is NOT simplifying your recruitment process, if you're still:

→ Using outdated screening methods
→ Leaving your job descriptions vague
→ Making candidates go through 10-page application forms

Respect your candidate's time by at least going through the process yourself.

- Covid

People are looking for more stability, more flexibility, and more benefits that are not free coffee

Before:

Now, there are more options than ever

→ Social media

And speaking of social media, TikTok has been a great place for companies to showcase their company culture and behind the scenes content

The reputation of the public sector jobs is changing

Before, they would be perceived as:

→ Boring
→ Repetitive
→ No career opportunities

But now, with the recession and resignations hitting the private sector hard, all of a sudden public sector jobs are looking more attractive
