Hypothesis: the best ideas don't always come from a meeting room💡

This September, our annual strategic trips took Nitoreans to Nice three times and to Rymättylä once. Method: remove the calendar invites, keep the people. Observed result: more conversation, fewer slides.

Two very different coastlines, one very consistent result. People who usually work on different projects ended up sharing a table, a sea view and a lot of stories. ☀️

Method confirmed. Repeat next year. 🤝
