Our enthusiastic 16 Nitoreans from the Nitor Running Team took part in the Team Run for the 8th time and proudly crossed the finish line in 6th place! Two developers and a designer went to the radio...

Our Digital Engineers hosted a program in the student-led Radiodiodi, a radio station active for a few weeks before the First of May.

Roosa, Henri, and Jan, shed light on the significance of free time in working life, the Sustainable Pace philosophy, and the role raisins play in the First of May celebrations!

We surveyed 115 Nitoreans about their use of AI. 73% use AI tools daily, and 87% have a positive attitude towards them. People in technical roles are most confident in their ability to use AI effectively, while non-technical respondents are most enthusiastic about AI overall.

Based on the results, AI is a productivity amplifier. Nitoreans use AI in their daily workflows for sparring, feedback, code generation, debugging, learning unfamiliar topics, and automating repetitive work.

We also asked what's holding people back: privacy concerns, lack of time, and doubts about output quality all made the list.

This week we hosted a breakfast event to talk about something that’s no longer a future scenario: agentic commerce is already reshaping how people shop.

🫴 Three perspectives, one clear message:

1️⃣ Mikko Hänninen from SOK brought the sharp reality check: structured data isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s the foundation. Those who get their data in order now will be the ones who stay visible when AI agents do the choosing.

2️⃣ Eveliina Lakka challenged the room to think about two audiences at once. The agent that reads data and the human who feels the brand. Winning in agentic commerce means serving both, and the strategies look very different depending on where your products sit.

3️⃣Juuso Soikkeli showed what this all looks like in practice with a live demo that made the abstract very concrete.

The conversation and questions from the room confirmed what we’re seeing now. This isn’t a distant trend, it’s a strategic question that deserves attention right now.
