De första månaderna är avgörande för en ny medarbetare i organisationen: hur snabbt den nyanställde hittar sin plats i organisationen, bygger relationer och kommer in i produktivt arbete. Ändå fokuserar introduktionen i många organisationer fortfarande främst på informationsdelning.

Uuden työntekijän ensimmäiset kuukaudet talossa ratkaisevat paljon: kuinka nopeasti uusi työntekijä löytää paikkansa organisaatiossa, rakentaa suhteita ja pääsee kiinni tuottavaan työhön. Silti perehdytys keskittyy monessa organisaatiossa edelleen lähinnä tiedon jakamiseen.

A new year has begun and many see it as a fresh chapter – an opportunity to embrace change and do things differently. But instead of waiting for change to happen, do something active. Drive change with “Job Crafting”!

⭐One participant who joined and successfully completed the Job Crafting programme at the end of last year described their experience like this:
