Helsinki Interiors haluaa omalla osaamisellaan olla avuksi tyhjiin tiloihin vuokralaisten löytymisessä.

Haastavina aikoina tarvitaan vähän enemmän kohteisiin huomion saamiseksi sekä oikean vuokralaisen löytymiseen liiketilaan, toimistoon ja miksei vuokrakoteihinkin.

Parinkymmenen vuoden kokemuksella tilasuunnittelusta, käyttäjäkokemuksesta ja viestinnästä, tarjoamme nyt pop up -henkeen vuokratilaasi tutustumisen, ja sen pohjalta palvelun, joka mm. tuo sekä tilan parhaat puolet esille että antaa markkinointiin kuvia ja tekstiä. Autamme myös muutosten toteutuksessa.

Biodesign huomioi hyvinvoinnin myös myrkyttömissä materiaalivalinnoissa.

Keittiöissä VOC-päästöjä syntyy tyypillisesti:
– MDF/lastulevy (levyjen sideaineet)
– kalvot, laminaatit, lakat ja maalit
– asennusliimat ja tiivistemassat

Biodesignissa keittiö suunnitellaan myös materiaaliturvallisuuden näkökulmasta.

Fakta: WHO:n sisäilmaohjeen formaldehydiraja ärsytysoireiden ehkäisyyn on 0,1 mg/m³ (30 min).
