We’re looking for an experienced Strategist / Strategic Designer to join our team at Nordkapp.

At Nordkapp, we help organisations bridge the gap between grand visions and practical action. Our work lives in that crucial middle ground — connecting strategy, design, and ex*****on into a clear, shared direction.

As a Strategic Designer, you’ll work on complex challenges where systems thinking, design research, and storytelling meet. You’ll help make sense of ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and translate strategy into tangible roadmaps and principles.

We’re looking for someone who brings strong experience in strategic and service design, excellent facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to see both the big picture and the small but important details.

You’ll join a team of 20+ curious and ambitious designers, working together in a no-bullsh*t, human-centered environment that values learning, honesty, and balance.

Fluency in English and working knowledge of Finnish are required.

Our partner Sami Niemelä has been invited to join the Visuelt 2024 jury in Digital Design.

The prize is awarded by Norway's Grafill since 1993. The purpose is to honor the good projects and the talented people who create our visual world, and to inspire new thinking and high professional standards.

Sami deeply honored to join the jury, and is looking forward inspiring discussions and debate with the jury colleagues, and of course recognising amazing and meaningful works.

Attention those interested in cooking and ready meals, we want to hear from you and your family!

We are interested in understanding the needs of different households in relation to cooking and buying food.
Nordkapp conducts 45-minute online interviews, where we want to hear your thoughts on the use of convenience foods and the future of food. You will receive a reward for participating in the interview.

We are looking for the following types of people to interview:
👉Are you a family with at least four people in your household?
👉Or perhaps living alone full-time, or a parent part of the time alone and part of the time with the child/children?
👉Have you just moved out of your childhood home?
👉Are you retired and living alone or maybe just the two of you with your partner?
