Hi✨ My name is Natalia Dombrovska. I am a private bespoke tailor with over 20 years of experience in garment making and working with women individually. I graduated from the Kyiv Professional Technical School in 2003, where I received my professional training in tailoring and garment construction.
I was born and lived my entire life in Kyiv until I moved to Finland. I am also a mother of two almost grown-up daughters. Life experience — motherhood, moving to another country, and building my career independently — has shaped the way I understand and work with women today.
In 2020, I graduated from the Kyiv Academy of Arts, earning a Bachelor’s degree in History and Theory of Art. To be honest, I was not the best student academically, but what I read, studied, and saw during those years deeply impressed me and stayed with me for life. It influenced both my personal development and my professional vision.
When you spend time observing works of art and learning to analyze proportions, colors, balance, and subtle details, your eye begins to notice what is usually invisible at first glance. This process develops a deeper way of seeing — not only in art, but also in everyday life and in working with form and silhouette.
The combination of tailoring craftsmanship, many years of personal work with women, and the study of art has enriched my perspective. It allows me to approach clothing not only technically, but also aesthetically and thoughtfully.
During my years at the Academy, I began to guide women more actively in choosing silhouettes, fabrics, colors, and details that truly suit them. Bespoke tailoring is about understanding a person — their proportions, their lifestyle, and their personality.
Today, as a private tailor, I help women choose silhouettes not only according to their body shape, but also according to their personality, lifestyle, and professional life. Clothing should support the way a woman lives, moves, works, and expresses herself. Swipe to countinue….
