How do you execute a full-scale Office Renovation without pausing daily business?
For this global healthcare company in Helsinki, the challenge was clear: modernize the 45-person HQ to support growth, but keep the teams working on-site throughout the process.

We delivered this as a comprehensive Turnkey Project. 🗝️

By carefully phasing the construction and managing the entire Workplace Transformation—from spatial design to final install—we improved acoustics and created a new social heart for the office, all while ensuring 100% operational continuity.
