HTGP-konserni jatkaa strategiansa mukaista kasvua. Ferovalo ja Best Best Talent Platform liittyvät osaksi HTGP:tä ja tuovat kasvuintoisille suomalaisille yhtiöille uuden, nopean tavan saada kokenut tekijä ottamaan vastuuta silloin, kun tarve on kriittinen.

Ferovalo on vuokrajohtamisen edelläkävijä. Best Best Talent Platform puolestaan on digitaalinen alusta ja asiantuntijayhteisö, jossa on lähes 2 000 rekisteröityä tekijää. Yhdessä HTGP:n strategisen kasvuosaamisen kanssa kokonaisuus vastaa asiakkaiden tarpeisiin entistä laajemmin.

"Kasvuyhtiöissä tiedetään usein mitä pitäisi tehdä – m***a tekijä puuttuu. Meidän roolimme on tuoda oikea osaaja ottamaan vastuu työn ja tuloksen tekemisestä", sanoo Ferovalon perustaja Elina Liehu.

Järjestely vahvistaa HTGP:n valmiuksia edetä kohti tavoitettaan: noin 10 M€ liikevaihto vuonna 2026 ja suunniteltu pörssilistautuminen.

As a complement to Best Best Talent Platform's Interim Manager Pulse report, we have conducted a survey about the use of interim talent in Finland. 🇫🇮💡

The survey was taken by a small collection of HR Managers and company decision-makers in Finland — some who have worked with many interim managers before and some who have not yet tapped into interim talent.

The survey results highlight that satisfaction is high among those who have utilised interim talent before.

However, those who haven't used interims don't know what kind of solutions are possible and don't know where to find suitable interim managers for their pressing challenges.
