Happy independence day!🇫🇮 To celebrate the day, we were featured on YLE Radio Suomi’s morning show “Lauantaina”, where listeners got a peek behind the scenes into the secrets of Salty Licorice here at Namitupa.

Today we celebrate World Porridge Day, which is originates from Scotland, where porridge has been a part of breakfast since prehistoric times. Nowadays, the charity Mary’s Meals provides porridge meals to children in the world’s poorest countries on school days, encouraging them to attend school and build a better future. 🏫🥣

In Finland, porridge is also a popular breakfast. Namitupa’s Lotta’s morning porridge got a salty liquorice flavor from Pöyröö Puluveri in honor of World Porridge Day. This delicious semolina porridge combines silky smoothness with the tangy taste of salty liquorice – a perfect combination!😋 Specially delicious with fresh (and a bit sour) berries!
