👣 5 TIPS FOR CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE 👣

Our physiotherapist shares simple tips for finding the right barefoot shoe size:

1️⃣ Measure both feet in centimetres and choose the size based on the longer foot.

2️⃣ Always check the model-specific size chart. The fit can vary because different uppers, linings and waterproof membranes take up different amounts of space inside the shoe.

3️⃣ Leave at least 1 cm of space in front of your longest toe. This allows your foot to lengthen naturally with every step.

4️⃣ Follow the recommended size in the chart. The necessary toe allowance has already been included, so you don’t need to add it yourself.

5️⃣ Give your feet time to adjust. If they’ve spent years in narrow shoes, the extra room may feel unusual at first.

Your foot is the measure. The shoe should adapt to it, not the other way around. 🦶
