Putting DEIB into practice. 🧡
For us, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are part of how we build our culture, support each other, and continue developing the way we work. 🌱
Here are a few concrete examples of what this looks like in practice:
• Every onboarding includes a dedicated DEIB section and training, helping us build a shared understanding from the very start.
• We regularly measure belonging, inclusion, psychological safety and representation in career development to understand what’s going well and where we can learn and improve.
• Our managers receive ongoing training on current DEIB topics through the Leading Diversity and Inclusion theme.
