As part of .co Creative Week in collaboration with we invite 20 curious minds to join:

Brave Enough to Create
A hands-on creative workshop exploring courage, uncertainty and new ways of thinking.

Innovation starts with the courage to think differently.

Through painting, reflection and conversation, you will explore creativity as a tool to make ideas visible and discover new perspectives.

This is not about creating perfect art.
It is about making your thinking visible, getting comfortable with uncertainty and discovering what happens when you dare to create.

No artistic skills needed. Just curiosity and an open mind.

The workshop is facilitated by fi founder .stunkel who helps teams use creativity as a tool to strengthen collaboration, communication and innovation.

With her extensive background in HR, leadership development and coaching, Tiina has a remarkable ability to create psychological safety quickly and help people feel genuinely seen and included in the conversation. She understands teams, group dynamics and the human side of working life deeply, which shows in the way participants engage with each other during the workshops.

Teams don’t struggle because people have nothing to say. They struggle because not everything gets said.

In meetings, the loudest thinkers often shape the direction. The fastest answers get rewarded and the thinking that is still forming quietly, stays invisible.

That’s why we use painting and visual reflection in our workshops. Not because organizations need more art. But because teams need better ways to think together.

Creativity is not the outcome. Better collaboration, communication and decision-making are.

For the first time at Crush, we made the movement visible through community art.
fi created a space for rebel leaders to pause, reflect and contribute to something collective.

But these rebels didn’t just paint, they brought their energy, curiosity and perspective to the canvas. Each contribution building on what was already there, while leaving space for what comes next.

That’s what community looks like.

Thank you to every single artist who left their brushstroke on the canvas and important words in the book, each one part of something bigger than any one of us alone.
