Jinky here drew the winners of our Baltic customer satisfaction survey raffle 2026! 🥳
We recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey among our Baltic clients – and we’re happy to share the results!
A total of 644 surveys were sent out, with 61 responses received. The overall customer satisfaction score reached an excellent 4.7 / 5, and our NPS stands at 82, reflecting strong trust and willingness to recommend our services.
The feedback shows that our biggest area for development is communication related to our services – especially around:

As part of the survey, we also held a prize draw 🎉
