It's all about trust and communication!!
Yes, indeed. But what if we have a lack of trust in our team?
Maybe you have been in the situation where two people (or teams) are no more talking to each other as professionals should do.
It feels like they are actually concentrating on finding mistakes the others are doing.
And when they find something, they will tell everyone that it is impossible to trust others, because of the mistakes or misunderstandings.
And they are loud!! You know exactly how the big drama starts!
People will see what they want to see.
And if they are concentrating on problems and difficulties they will find them! And these actions lead to a lack of trust and cut off communication.
But how to build trust if you have lost it?
The best way is to start spending enough time together and start talking about the situation.
Try to understand what is happening on the other side.
- What they see, what you can't see?
- What they know and understand?
- What kind of experiences they have?
- Do they have any ideas to solve the situation?
- Have you even asked their opinions or expectations?
Are you really playing in the same team or against each other?
Try to find a common understanding of the situation and start cooperating.
Focus on the results you want and you will find the answers!
