Acknowledging Support for the YADRA Project👏

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare for their generous support and contributions towards the YADRA Project, proudly facilitated by Saula Consultancy.

We also sincerely acknowledge the Vodafone ATH Fiji Foundation for their grant support in helping us deliver Digital Literacy and Economic Empowerment Training, that will equip our participants with the skills needed to start their own small businesses after completing the program.

YADRA (Young Adults Development and Reform Alliance) is dedicated to supporting young adults who are genuinely seeking hope for a better future and are willing to embrace positive change. Our focus is on assisting youths facing challenges such as drug addiction, providing them with a safe space and the guidance needed to step out of their comfort zones and rebuild their lives.

Currently, we have established a temporary shelter and are actively engaging participants in a range of recovery-focused initiatives. These include:

Building networks is not easy. Behind every project is a lot of relationship-building, trust, and advocacy.

Often, my role is to connect clients with key decision-makers — even Ministers — to help move projects forward, especially those that support iTaukei thriving in the business world.

I thank God for the opportunities I had during my volunteer days, where I was able to engage with high-ranking leaders and professionals. Back then, I was always pitching ideas, writing concept papers, and going the extra mile to see visions come to life. I didn’t realize then how important that season was.

It was only when I started Consultancy Services in business development to help people formalize their businesses that I truly understood my role — being a voice for others, opening doors, and creating pathways where there once were none.
God has been faithful.

This year alone, it’s been project after project, opportunity after opportunity. But I also believe this: God helps those who help themselves.

We must be willing to step out, build relationships, use our skills, and take action.

If only we as iTaukei open our eyes, we will see the value in our own resources, our knowledge, and the services we can offer.
