Requirements:
Have sober habbits
Responsible and Honest
Have a smart phone.
Willing to work for 10 to 12 hours
Willing to report to duties in Nadi Backroad Kava Factory. NADI Backroad shop, and Martintar Shop.

Pay will be for hours worked and time and half and double when applicable.

Six working days with day off on rotation. No one specific day off.

Kava BAR Attendant/Assistant

We are seeking a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Kava Attendant to join our team at the Kava Bar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and serving kava to patrons in a clean, welcoming, and culturally respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and mix kava in accordance with traditional and company-approved methods.

Serve kava to customers with professionalism and courtesy.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kava serving area, utensils, and preparation space.

Ensure kava stock levels are regularly checked and reported for replenishment.

Engage with patrons to provide a warm and hospitable experience.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and service protocols as required by health and company standards.

Handle customer inquiries or complaints politely and escalate any issues to the supervisor if necessary.

Perform opening and closing duties of the kava bar as required.

Wages and working hours will be discussed during the interview

The person will be based at the KAVA FACTORY. NADI BACKROAD.
