Positions Available
We are seeking motivated individuals with expertise in the following areas:
1. Welder
- Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication.
- Experience working with steel and structural reinforcements.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Commitment to safety and precision.
2. Plumber
- Skilled in installing water, drainage, and heating systems.
- Experience with compact plumbing solutions for small spaces.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly plumbing fixtures and systems.
3. Carpenter
- Expertise in crafting bespoke interiors, including cabinetry, flooring, and finishes.
- Experience working with reclaimed wood and sustainable materials.
- Strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
4. Architect
- Visionary designer with experience in modular and container architecture.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Creative problem-solving skills to optimize small living spaces.
- Knowledge of sustainable building codes and regulations.
5. Estimator/Quantity Surveyor
- Expertise in cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects.
- Ability to prepare detailed project cost analyses and material take-offs.
- Experience in working with sustainable and alternative construction materials.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise with suppliers and contractors.
