Happy Easter from the team at Envirotech Solutions Pacific! 🌿

As we enjoy the long weekend, we’re taking time to remember the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross and celebrate the joy of His resurrection. It’s a powerful reminder of hope and new beginnings for all of us here in the Pacific.

For the past three days, our team has been busy on the ground with the Fiji Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, conducting intensive spot air 💨 quality compliance checks for business houses across the western division 📍.

Led by the newly appointed Compliance Lead, Mr. Nariva’s move to the Ministry is already a game-changer. By bringing in a grounded technical expertise to spearhead compliance is a promising sign: the Ministry is building the regulatory capacity needed to independently verify and enforce environmental compliance standards.

Translating policy into action alongside Mr. Nariva signals the long known era of environmental regulatory laxity in environmental compliance is over. For Fiji, the bar has officially been raised. 🇫🇯

We look forward to working with the Ministry of Environment!

Raise your hand if you’ve been stuck in Suva traffic this week. 🙋

Waimanu Road. Ratu Sukuna Road. Edinburgh drive. Princess Rd. Ratu Dovi Road. The Suva-Nausori corridor. We all know the feeling.

What most people don’t know is that every single development project in Fiji, every new building, every subdivision, every shopping complex, requires a Traffic Impact Assessment before it gets approved by the Fiji Roads Authority.

And until now, that meant someone standing at your intersection. Clipboard in hand. Counting every car, truck, bus and minibus that passed. For 12 hours straight.

From 2014 up until now, that someone was us. 😅

Not anymore.

ESP has built Fiji’s first AI-powered traffic counting system. We point any type of camera at an intersection, and within 2 hours we have a complete traffic report, every vehicle classified, every movement tracked, everything the FRA needs.

What used to take days now takes hours.

What used to cost a fortune now costs a fraction.
And it was built right here in Fiji, by a Fijian team, for Fijian roads. 🇫🇯

We didn’t wait for someone overseas to build this for us. We built it ourselves — using 10 years of real experience on real Suva roads.

Got a development project coming up? Need a Traffic Impact Assessment? We are ready.
