As the Advisor, Humanitarian & Climate Resilience, you will: Lead disability-inclusive humanitarian and climate resilience initiatives across the Pacific
Support Organisations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) and partners with technical guidance and training
Develop accessible disaster preparedness and climate adaptation resources
Advocate for meaningful participation of persons with disabilities in resilience planning and decision-making
Represent PDF in regional forums and contribute to evidence-based advocacy and funding proposals We're looking for someone with:• A degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, or related field
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and development programmes
• Knowledge of disability rights, accessibility, safeguarding, and the Pacific context
• Strong communication, reporting, and relationship-building skills Make a real impact in strengthening disability-inclusive disaster preparedness, humanitarian response, and climate resilience across the Pacific.

As the MEAL Advisor, you will lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning initiatives that strengthen programmes, improve reporting, and support Organisations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) to measure and demonstrate impact.
