📣Vacancy: Photovoltaic (PV) System Installation Technicians

We are seeking skilled and experienced Photovoltaic (PV) System Installation Technicians to join our team. This role involves the installation, design support, and commissioning of commercial rooftop solar systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site inspections, including structural and electrical assessments, shading analysis, roof access, and safety evaluation
• Perform system sizing, load calculations, and prepare design proposals
• Develop detailed system designs including layout, tilt, orientation, string configuration, and DC/AC analysis
• Handle cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, earthing, protection systems, and labelling plans
• Install solar modules, inverters, mounting systems, and structural racking on various roof types (single and multi-story)
• Connect PV systems to electrical networks, including grid-tied, off-grid, and hybrid systems
• Configure and monitor systems using smart apps, analytics platforms, and remote monitoring tools

Requirements
• Proven experience in construction, roofing, electrical, or PV system installation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and capable of working in varying weather conditions
• Strong technical skills, including the use of power tools, blueprint reading, and understanding electrical schematics
• Certification in Working at Heights, OSHA (or equivalent), and a Wireman’s License (preferred)
