🎉 Happy International Week of Deaf People! 🎉
The sub-theme for today is DECLARATION ON THE RIGHTS OF DEAF CHILDREN. Millions of deaf children's first language has been deprived or not given access to learn their natural language. I am strongly calling Pacific communities to recognise this important declaration.
