Exciting Journey Ahead for First Home Owners: 31 Families Awarded Residential Lots in Mokosoi, Deuba!

wishes to extend our heartfelt thanks to the 185 applicants who applied for vacant residential lots in Mokosoi, Deuba, Pacific Harbour.

All 185 applicants underwent a rigorous screening, selection, and objection process in line with our Lot Allocation Policy 2023. Out of these, 102 applicants met the criteria of being first-time homeowners, Fiji citizens, having a combined annual household income of $50,000 or below, demonstrating the ability to purchase a lot and build a house, and being above the age of 18 years.

We are delighted to announce the provisional award of a lot to 31 applicants in Mokosoi, Pacific Harbour. These provisional awardees were selected via the Barrel Draw on Friday, 12 July 2024, in the presence of the Fiji Police Force, Ministry of Housing officials, and Housing Authority staff.

Next steps: These awardees will undergo a final due diligence process for allocation of their lots as per the Housing Authority's Lot Allocation Policy 2023.
