SAD! Come back home Taciqu 😭

Speedy recovery to Hon. Pio's daughter. Our thoughts and prayers are with her and the family during this challenging time.
At the same time, this situation highlights a broader issue that many Fijians face. One of the reasons people seek medical treatment overseas is that Fiji's healthcare system still lacks some of the specialized expertise, equipment, and facilities required for certain complex diagnoses, procedures, and treatments.
When even the family members of senior leaders require treatment abroad, it raises important questions about the capacity of our local health services and the need for continued investment in healthcare infrastructure, specialist training, and advanced medical technology.
This should serve as an eye-opener for all of us. Strengthening our healthcare system must remain a national priority so that more Fijians can access world-class treatment without having to leave our shores. Just felt why former AG wanted to fly overseas treatment and not Fiji and he was banned :)

Digicel internet services are currently down across the Western Division of Viti Levu. The outage is related to an issue awaiting a response from EFL. At this stage, there is no estimated timeframe for service restoration. Source CC call.

Lololo canteen too much lo lo lo :) kere kere and bush style marketing = fail. Like kaidia business owners out source GM from overseas to run successful business, similar should be maintained by indigenous business, get business lead from multiracial community who don't mingle around and entertain customers and staffs out there - common sense. Learn from the most succesful itaukei man in Fiji (Peni Moi) his staffs are locals and mixed - outsourced. He don't entertain kava and alcohol and unnecessary gatherings. He is FOCUSED. Nothing is personal in business, this needs to be adapted in govt offices as well, long tea sessions, fish smelling in the kitchen and then that sleep mode from 2om after massive lunch.
