Ashika Sharma – Director / Senior Consultant
Ashika Sharma is responsible for planning, developing and executing the company operations for TESC.
She has worked for Pacifica Environmental Solutions pte Ltd as the Pacific Regional Manager 2016 - 2018 and an International based company namely Hawkins Construction and locally based company Pacific Building Solutions who was a joint venture in the Refurbishment of the Nadi International Airport – Nadi Airport Terminal Modernisation Project 2014 – 2016.
She has also worked for the Local Government of Fiji 2010 – 2014 and worked for Fiji Sugar Corporation 2004 – 2010, previously, known as the backbone of the country – Fiji.
Ashika Sharma is a certified asbestos consultant and has obtained her Class A & B on Friable and Non-Friable asbestos works from Internationally recognized Institute in Sydney, Australia.
Ashika Sharma is a double major – Bachelor of Commerce (Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management and Management) from Fiji National University 2014 and has obtained a Diploma in Operational Management from University of the South Pacific 2010; Advance Certificate in Information Technology from University of the South Pacific 2006; and had also pursued her further studies from National Safety Council of Australia in Certificate IV – Workplace Health & Safety, and has obtained many more certificates from the other respective institutes.
She is strongly committed to the area of HRM/IR – Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations and Management with proven skills working from diverse managerial skills, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds with more than 17 years of her related work environment/experience.
Some people stand out for their great qualities and Ashika is one of those people. She is well known for her work ethic, positive attitude, teamwork, and ability to get the job done. She is well respected throughout the organization for being the “go-to” person.
