Centrecom Limited is a multi-lingual contact centre operation providing services in customer relationship management (CRM) to clients in the aviation industry, travel and tourism, local government, lottery and online classifieds. Our Malta operation has services currently in seven languages (English, Maltese, Italian, German, French, Dutch/Flemish & Russian) and Arabic is to be introduced shortly. In Fiji, we offer English, Mandarin, Cantonese and local dialect. Other languages can be offered as demand requires.
