From research to rollout, we were proud to support IFC in bringing the newly launched Future Ready: Climate-Resilient and Inclusive Tourism in Fiji guide to life!

Our team was on the ground across Nadi, Rakiraki, Vanua Levu, Mamanuca, and Yasawa, leading field research, stakeholder focus groups, and interviews for IFC to help shape this vital resource.

While design is in our DNA, The Greenhouse Studio has evolved into a full-spectrum strategic research, stakeholder engagement and project delivery agency.

FABC–AFBC 2026 Joint Business Forum 📸

From discussions on regional trade and workforce trends to energy transitions and the Brisbane 2032 Games, the Grand Pacific Hotel was buzzing with ideas over all three days.

Our team was on the ground managing event logistics, real-time social media coverage, and comms throughout the forum.

A big thank you to the FABC team for trusting us to help bring this event to life! 💚

Yesterday we said farewell (for now) to our Founder & Director, Ronna, as she heads off to begin her Master’s studies. ✨

We’re going to miss her bubbly presence and the energy she brings to our community everyday.

Wishing you all the best, Ronna, on this exciting next chapter. We’re cheering you on from home and can’t wait to have you back with us soon 💛

SPOILER ALERT: We love breakfast buffets! 🍳

We might be great at what we do, but surviving before the sun is fully up is not our strongest suit. Thank goodness for team breakfast, because hash browns and bacon are the only reason we all made it through the front door this morning.

Who do you think has the brightest morning energy? 🌞 Tell us in the comments below! 😁

Proof of life! 😉📷

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but that’s only because this team has been head-down, hard at work behind the scenes. Since we’re officially at the mid-year mark, we wanted to pop up, share some friendly faces, and fill you in on what we’ve been up to!

Ronna is moving to Australia for a while to pursue her Masters, and Elle is officially a Bachelor’s degree holder, congrats Elle! 🎓 Newly minted girl dad Josh is back from paternity leave, and Tommy is embracing the nomad life by going full digital nomad. We’ve settled in quite nicely into our new home and have been happily trying out food spots around the neighborhood. Recommendations are welcome! 😁

Needless to say, it’s been a season of big changes and even bigger milestones around here. We’re so incredibly proud of this crew and grateful for all of your support while we’ve been running behind the scenes. We’re officially recharged, refueled, and ready for an amazing second half of the year.

Drop your favorite moments so far this year (or just say hi) 🤗✨

Shoutout to our Community & Partnerships Lead, Pinggay Comagon, who was recently featured in a story for the Suva Marathon.

Thanks for sharing your story, Princesse, and for reminding us why volunteering matters.

All the best to everyone running and helping out this weekend! 💚

We’d like to take this moment to congratulate our Project Manager, Elenoa, for completing her fellows from the Leadership Fiji program! 🇫🇯🎉

Watching your growth over the last 2 years has been a delight for our team. From being a shy Coordinator, and eventually coming out of your shell and becoming the Projects powerhouse that you are, we’ve already seen you blossom into a kind yet strong leader. 👏

We can’t wait to see how you continue to bloom and inspire change. 🌸💚

Enjoy the well-earned celebrations, Elle! 🥳

In our line of work and office culture, communication is what keeps us all synchronized, and we are constantly updating: our work, our clients, and each other.

Here’s us giving updates to our Co-Lead, Projects. Updates she never asked for. 🤣👀
