Early Saturday morning, our food stall, Baked by Tiare, fell victim to a heart-wrenching theft at the hibiscus . The culmination of weeks of hard work and dedication leading up to the Hibiscus festival was shattered in an instant. Our team poured their hearts and souls into preparing for this event, sacrificing sleep and committing countless hours to ensure that our food stall would offer the best possible experience for our customers.
As dawn broke on Saturday, we were met with the devastating reality that our catering utensils and equipment had been stolen. The very tools that we rely on to create our delicious dishes were ripped away from us. Our cake display cases, carefully curated to showcase our delectable treats, were gone. The meats we had painstakingly selected and stored in our freezer for the festival were also taken, leaving us not only with a sense of loss but also with a significant financial blow.
The impact of this theft goes beyond the material possessions that were stolen. It has shaken our team to the core, leaving us feeling violated and vulnerable. The sense of security that we once had in our work environment has been shattered, and we are left grappling with the harsh reality of this injustice.
We urge anyone with information about this theft to come forward and help us find closure. As a small business, we rely on the support and trust of our community, and we are devastated by this betrayal of that trust. Despite this setback, we remain committed to our passion for creating delicious food & Pastries and serving our customers with dedication and integrity.
Keep safe & See you all at the ROC Market village @ the hibiscus 🌺
