Another great shift completed by Team EP Security — done and dusted in front of a sell-out crowd.
Just a couple more events to go before we wrap up the 2026 calendar, and we’re already looking forward to what’s shaping up to be a very busy 2027.
As always, the focus remains the same: maintaining the highest standards and delivering a professional, reliable service at every event.

STRONGER SECURITY STARTS WITH ALL OF US.

The recent discussions around security in Fiji have made me reflect on how we protect the things entrusted to us. Whether we run a business, manage a facility or lead a security team, we should regularly ask ourselves: Are our arrangements working as well as we think they are?

Through our experience in the UK security industry, supported by our background as a military veteran, we have learnt that putting security measures in place is only the start. They need regular checks, proper supervision and people who understand their responsibilities.

A camera needs to be working and recording. Access to restricted areas needs to be controlled. Handovers need to be documented. And when a member of staff raises a concern, someone needs to listen and follow it up.

These are basic things, but keeping them consistent every day makes a difference.

At Tribal Risks Fiji and Tribal Risks Training Hub, we want to help develop teams who understand their role, take pride in their work and have the confidence to speak up when something is wrong. That responsibility includes managers and supervisors too.

For those managing a business or facility, it is worth checking:

✅ Who has access to your restricted areas?
✅ Are your cameras and security systems working properly?
✅ Are records and handovers being completed?
✅ Do your staff know how to report a concern?
✅ When were your security arrangements last reviewed?

Every workplace is different. Sometimes a review will identify a need for better equipment. Other times, it may be clearer instructions, more training or closer supervision.

We want Tribal Risks to play its part in raising security standards here at home. We have experience to share, and we welcome conversations with organisations looking for support with security reviews, procedures and staff training.

We all have a part to play in protecting our people, our workplaces and the trust placed in us.

A completely different crowd, incredible hype, and an amazing atmosphere as two teams from the USA took to the field at Wembley for the first time.

Another great long shift for our Team EP, delivering the same consistently high standard of service from start to finish. 💯

Now it’s time to shift our focus to the football season. ⚽️
A huge shoutout to the entire EP Team Security team. Another demanding concert season, countless hours, long shifts and a lot of hard work behind the scenes — and the team delivered every time.
The professionalism, commitment, teamwork and attention to detail throughout the season has been outstanding. Every member of the team played their part in making these events a success, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to finish.
Proud of the whole team — we ended the concert season on a high! 👊
