Day 2 done and dusted. A very busy weekend for the EP Team at Wembley Stadium. Three days of back-to-back Challenge Cup Finals.

With the weather climbing above 25ยฐC, ๐Ÿ”ฅthe team stood strong, faced the heat, and maintained the required standards throughout.๐Ÿ’ฏ

From delivering security operations at the FA Cup Final at Wembley Stadium to supporting the build for upcoming festival events in Sunderland, the team continues to perform at the highest standard.๐Ÿค˜

Throwback to one of our shifts at Wembley Stadium. In the middle of the hustle and bustle of Wembley, the echoes of our humble songs could still be heard.

๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ฏ From the small island nation of Fiji to one of the most iconic stadiums in the world, we proudly represent ourselves and our culture.๐Ÿ’ฏ

We are grateful to work with EP, a security company that allows us to be who we are and gives us the freedom to practice and share our culture.

That support greatly boosts the morale of our team at every gig, and we are proud to be part of such a great company.

You can take a Fijian away from Fiji, but you can never take Fiji away from the Fijian.

With everything we have learned while working with one of the best security companies in the UK, we hope to take that knowledge and experience back to our island nation.

Training puts theory into practice. We prioritise safety, security, and service at all times. Stewards conduct quick tap-down body searches at the Fan Zone main entrance, alongside an alcohol spot-check cordon to prevent prohibited items entering the stadium. This role requires strong communication skills and confidence to de-escalate situations and encourage individuals to dispose of alcohol appropriately. Ultimately, effective performance comes down to proper training.
