🍎 Zingy® Apple & Honey Strudel 🥧
For all foodies and apple lovers, let’s bake something extra special today!
Ingredients:
Puff pastry
3 Zingy® apples
Juice of 1 orange
30g butter
1 beaten egg
50g sugar
80g ground almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey

How to make it:
1️⃣ Cut Zingy® apples, sauté in butter.
2️⃣ Add orange juice, honey, raisins & sugar, cook 10 to 15 min. Drain & cool.
3️⃣ Preheat oven 428°F. Roll puff pastry, sprinkle almonds, add apple mix.
4️⃣ Sprinkle remaining almonds, fold, brush with egg.
5️⃣ Mix sugar & cinnamon, sprinkle on top, bake 20 to 25 min.

Serve hot or warm — perfect for cozy moments!
