You are probably well aware of our sales orientation. 🕶️
Our first post about the importance of sales dates back to 2017, that is 8 years ago!
And since 2016 we have been writing about the importance of metrics for startups.

When startups fail to respect the principle “Nothing happens until someone sells something,” they usually fall into one or more predictable traps:

Nel 2022 ben 100mila italiani sono andati a lavorare all’estero. Uno su tre è laureato e in egual misura sono i diplomati.
Quindi, i due terzi di questi lavoratori espatriati sono potenziali produttori di Prodotto interno lordo (Pil) che ci perdiamo, e che sono solo parzialmente rimpiazzabili in termini di contribuzione al Pil da altri lavoratori con bassa scolarità.
Come mai così tanti italiani vanno a lavorare all’estero? Per due semplici motivi correlati tra loro, cioè salari più alti e contenuti di lavoro a maggior valore.
Questa è esattamente la diagnosi della situazione economica italiana: il valore aggiunto creato delle nostre posizioni di lavoro è troppo basso rispetto a quello degli altri Paesi e, di conseguenza, non consente retribuzioni più elevate. Le aziende, per questo motivo, non hanno i margini sufficienti per aumentare significativamente i salari. Inoltre, la produttività dell’ora lavorata in Italia è ferma ai valori di oltre 50 anni fa (nonostante i programmi di finanziamento per svilupparla, come il recente piano Industria 4.0), mentre in Paesi come Spagna, Francia e Germania è cresciuta di più del 60%.

CLIMATE DRIVERS
There are different possible drivers for climate change, such as:
* greenhouse gases
* sun
* volcanoes
* natural variability
* man
* ... other
It's clear that these are all factors which can and will influence climate.
That said it is also about proportions and impact.
This table is a summary of scientific studies which amalyse the possible causes and impact.

The deep cause for the growth of factor number one, greenhouse gases, is the main reason for debate.
Not everyone accepts that it is mankind causing the increase in greenhouse gases. Although the majority of people believe that man is the main cause.

That climate changes are caused by greenhouse gases is undoubtable.
The debate is thus around the true cause of their increase.
