As we welcome 2025, I have some exciting news to share!

After an incredible journey with Vibrant Yachting, I’ve made the decision to close the company—but the business itself isn’t going anywhere. I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be continuing my work with the amazing team at Riela Yachts.

While the Vibrant Yachting chapter is coming to an end, my dedication to supporting my clients and candidates remains stronger than ever. The same personalized service and commitment you’ve come to expect will now be part of the trusted expertise at Riela Yachts.

Russian speaking 2nd Engineers/ ETO required onboard a 60m New Build MY in Dubai

Start date: 1-2 weeks

We are currently searching for a highly confident 2nd Engineer/ETO to join the team on our privately owned 60m Motor Yacht.

We are looking to hire three people in total, start dates will be spread out.

The ideal candidates should possess strong proficiency in both AV and IT systems as the vessel has a high spec in this area.

Could be a great opportunity for someone with commercial background trying to get a foot in the door.

Sous-Chef / Chalet Chef in Val D’Isére, France

Seasonal Independent Contractor
Start Date: 25th November until 5th May (flexible; can start in December and finish at the end of April)

We are seeking a talented Sous-Chef / Chalet Chef to join our world-class team for the winter season. This hybrid role involves assisting a head chef, often a Michelin-starred professional, during rental weeks and serving as the head chef for the owners and their families during exclusive stays. This is a key position in maintaining the chalet’s high culinary standards, providing both fine dining for guests and nourishing meals for staff.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate culinary excellence, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a luxury hospitality environment

Responsibilities :
- Assist the head chef with preparation and ex*****on of all meals for guests.
- Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for chalet staff (up to 7 team members)
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the professional kitchen.
- Serve as the main chef for the owner and their family (up to 10 adults and several children).
- Design and execute custom menus based on the owners' preferences, providing a 5-star culinary experience.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and flavour for every meal, whether casual or fine dining.
- Collaborate with other chalet staff ( housekeeping, drivers, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed

Requirements :
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a sous-chef or head chef, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
- Strong knowledge of French cuisine and international dishes
- Ability to work under Michelin-level chefs and learn quickly
- Comfortable cooking for both high-profile guests and staff, adjusting styles as needed.
- Professional, discrete, and highly adaptable to the needs of VIP guests
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for excellence
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small, close-knit team
- Friendly, approachable, and respectful with a positive attitude
- Must be able to invoice as an independent contractor
- Must be able to work 38-43 hours per week (with flexibility based on guest presence).
- Willing to share accommodation with the Head Housekeeper
- No ski pass is included, but a seasonal pass is available for approximately €600.

Package :

€4000 - €4300 per month (invoiced)
*Hours will typically range between 38 and 43 hours per week *
- Travel expenses reimbursed.

CHARTER CHEF NEEDED FOR A 40m+ PRIVATE/CHARTER MOTOR YACHT

We are looking for an exceptional charter chef for a 40m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht currently in the USA.
Charter experience is needed where creativity can be used to wow the guests.
The owners dine casually most times and really enjoy theme nights, Mexican, Japanese, etc.
The ideal candidate will be active, motivated, positive, and a well-rounded team player and crew member.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great boat with lovely owners & great crew. Must be happy to work in a family environment and be good with kids. There are 3 kids that come on board.

2nd Stew opportunity for a 34m Private Motor Yacht currently in the Bahamas ( Permanent)

We are seeking a positive, hardworking, and detail-oriented 2nd Stewardess to join our clients 34m interior team. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, exceptional service skills, and a strong work ethic to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and interior maintenance.The yacht will become a Charter and in the near future there are plans for a larger vessel.
You will be working closely with the Chief Stewardess to ensure smooth daily operations and high standards of service. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience on a similar size vessel, positive attitude and any interior qualification will be a great bonus ( WSET, Silver Service,Flower Arrangements)

CULINARY TRAINED HEAD CHEF and SOUS CHEF NEEDED FOR A VILLA IN THE SOF

Start Date: July - Sept

We are looking for a culinary trained Head Chef and a Sous Chef for our client.

The ideal candidates need to have a great attitude, clean, tidy and organised. Someone who enjoys cooking, has a passion for food in & out of the work environment.

Experience with Middle eastern cuisines is advantageous as well as an interest to produce other cuisines. It is also important that the candidates have confidence & the ability to work at speed in the kitchen when necessary under pressure. Someone able to also adapt to an old kitchen.

Equally important is a good sense of humor along with a positive and respectful personality is essential to fill with this role.

Flexibility is essential as they normally have 10 ( max 15) guests and 10-20 staff ( depending on the period). The guests sometimes order at different times.

You will be required 7 days / week starting at 9-10 am until 10-11pm ( depends when family dinner is)

Accommodation on site available if needed but we would also consider someone that lives off-site.

2 x Housekeepers needed for a Villa in the SOF

Please do not apply if you are not an auto entrepreneur.

The ideal candidates must have a background in hospitality ( yachting or villas) a keen interest in housekeeping and be able to work flexible hours while being proactive and self-motivated. The schedule willl be made by the manager once the team is formed. Some girls on early duty and some evening. The candidates must be accustomed to laundering fine fabrics and items from a luxury wardrobe. Ideally someone with previous experience, highly organised that can multi-task.
