Yacht surveyor, New build & refit project management. Specialised in Hybrid Technology. All these services are offered at a flat fee per service per month.

We research the yacht market to assist purchasers of yachts over 24m in length to find a selection of vessels that meet their specific requirements. We negotiate the price with the sellers broker, organise the pre-purchase survey, provide detailed analysis of the survey to the purchaser and the implications of this to the price of the vessel and attend the completion of the sale as the owners repr

esentative. We research the market and obtain quotations for the work from both suppliers of specific items and from shipyards and present these to the new owner with a timeframe to complete the work. We provide project management for both new build yachts and for refits either as the owners representative working with the existing crew or as the full time project manager. We advise the owner of the implications of registration of the yacht in various flag states, and in the case of new builds the implications of complying with various classification society rules. We can source high quality crew and provide employment contracts through our associated companies. We provide audits of the financial running of the vessel and can build budgets for the new owner so they know what to expect in the running of the vessel.
