Lovely memories of cooking classes with Romain Detot at Les Gourmets in Marsannay la Cote. Tremendously talented and underrated chef. We used to spend the morning cooking with him, and then lunch in the restaurant or on the terrace. His speciality was Modern French cuisine with a Burgundian twist. - he was much appreciated by all the clients.
