📢 We’re Hiring – Business Development Assistant
Phoenix-212 Consulting is looking for a part-time Business Development Assistant based in Syria, preferably in Damascus, to support our pharmaceutical business development activities.
The role will focus on compliant pharmaceutical import/export opportunities involving Syria and regional markets, working with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, importers, exporters, and healthcare stakeholders.
We are looking for a Syrian pharmacist with strong communication, research, and organizational skills, and a professional interest in pharmaceutical business development and international trade.
Key responsibilities include:
-Researching pharmaceutical companies, distributors, importers, exporters, and healthcare stakeholders
-Building and updating databases of potential partners and opportunities
-Supporting follow-up for pharmaceutical import/export projects
-Preparing company profiles, product summaries, and market information
-Drafting professional emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up notes
-Coordinating meetings with companies, distributors, and partners
-Supporting proposals, presentations, and business documents
Assisting with documentation related to pharmaceutical trade, registration, and compliance
Required profile:
-Syrian pharmacist
-Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
-Strong research and organizational skills
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and LinkedIn
-Professional communication and attention to detail
-Ability to handle confidential business information
