🧭 Connectivity starts with people

At airshows, connectivity is often measured in routes, frequencies, aircraft and passengers.

At ATR, we believe it can also be measured by the opportunities it creates.

That's why, at , we're looking beyond air traffic to understand how people really move between regions.

Our latest MobilityMonitor analysis of Indonesia 🇮🇩 explores how regional aviation can complement existing transport networks and help improve access to healthcare, education, markets and jobs, tourism, and social inclusion.

Because connectivity isn't just about getting from A to B. It's about connecting people to opportunities.

Further together!

Today at the Farnborough International Airshow, we signed a Letter of Intent with French startup Ascendance to deepen collaboration opportunities in aviation electrification and hybridisation.

Building on work already undertaken within the Clean Aviation LIME project, the discussions cover areas including hybrid-electric architectures, integration into future aircraft demonstrators and testing activities.

This initiative reflects a shared belief that the future of regional aviation is collaborative, and driven by both innovation and pragmatism. By bringing together complementary expertise, ATR and Ascendance aim to further explore technologies that support the next generation of regional air transport.

New aircraft. New connections. New opportunities.

The first ATR 72-600 has been delivered to , marking the start of a new chapter in regional connectivity across Algeria.

From major cities to remote communities, these aircraft will help make travel more accessible, supporting the people and places that rely on essential air links every day.

Because every connection matters. ✈️🇩🇿

Every exchange of experience helps make our safety community stronger and more connected.

Every flight is supported by thousands of decisions, procedures and shared experiences. That's why bringing the aviation community together is so important.

From 23 to 25 June in Kathmandu, ATR joined the EASA - European Union Aviation Safety Agency to deliver Module 3 of the Regional Aviation Safety Programme, welcoming civil aviation authorities and airline operators from across South Asia.

Over three days, participants exchanged best practices and explored key topics including:

✈️ Standard Operating Procedures
✈️ Crew Resource Management
✈️ Threat & Error Management
✈️ Fatigue Risk Management

Because flight safety is built through collaboration, trust and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.

We're looking forward to continuing this journey together in Singapore for Module 4.

Behind every delivery, there is a community counting on it.
Serving remote regions across Northern Canada, Air Creebec plays a vital role in transporting essential cargo where other transport options are limited.
A reminder that aviation is not only about travel, but about keeping everyday life moving.

From food and medical supplies to critical equipment, these operations help ensure distance is never a barrier to what matters most.

890 metres.

Less than a quarter of the runway length at many major international airports. It’s also the length of Sado Airport’s runway. TOKI AIR's ATR 42-600 completed the airline's first commercial flight to Sado, one of the most demanding commercial runway environments served by an ATR 42-600.

A precise operation, and a major step forward for regional connectivity in Japan, bringing Sado Island closer, opening new opportunities for its communities, and proving what the right aircraft can achieve in the right environment.

Congratulations to TOKI AIR and all the teams involved in making this milestone flight a success.

✈️ Can aviation really decarbonise?
Yes, it can, and at ATR, we believe real progress comes from what is proven, not just promised.

That’s why we focus on improving what already works while testing the technologies of tomorrow.
Through Clean Aviation, we’re:

🔹 Exploring hybrid-electric propulsion
🔹 Testing innovations on an ATR 72-600 test bed, the regional benchmark for fuel efficiency
🔹 Working toward up to −30% CO₂ emissions
Because meaningful change doesn’t happen in theory, it happens in real life.

A more sustainable aviation starts with credible solutions.

At ATR, engineering starts with a simple reality: connecting places others can’t.

We design our aircraft as enablers of access, of opportunities, of reliable mobility, bringing people and places closer together.

That work is shaped every day by individuals with different paths into engineering.

In recognition of International Women in Engineering Day, we highlight four women whose journeys, from first curiosity to current roles, are part of how we build aircraft that connect people and regions, not just routes.

Because behind every flight is a chain of decisions, perspectives and people who made it possible.
