Hi All - Greetings from the Minervois wine region in the south of France!

Many of you follow this FB page, which I originally created over a decade ago for a certain Bordeaux red wine.

However, I am no longer an investor in that winery.

I have transformed this page to cover ALL wines throughout the world that pair well with food, and to highlight and inform you of my soon to be published cookbook—The Winemakers' Cooking Companion. Also on this page I will inform you about wine, food and restaurant reviews by myself and others and will link to profiles of winemakers.

Launch date for the cookbook is scheduled for June 12, 2026. Please message me if you want to be notified when the book is published (and get the chance to wine another wine related book I wrote).
