Above passion topics of mine are certainly not new. However, however, what changes during recent times, and that raises awareness and challenges in me and my mission is: we as a collective have finally made them into popular hashtags. So we can now but about it.

When we speak about seeking meaning and purpose, we should not be asking ourselves the role that "we can play" in the world part-time, but the role that "we do play" full-time. The future is all about the that leads us... there.

I don't advocate the idea that "our life is our work", i.e., highlighting productivity is above all. We have way past the 's concern. We all know that our identity or value is not what we produce. We have moved on.
The and those, namely us as professionals and business leaders, simply state that our current job or work is worth our while to understand as a for the future. If we as humanity is to continuously evolve positively with our life source and nature, we better think about "how we work together" and "the jobs/roles that we choose".
We need to think about if it is generating Life.
