From zero capital to a dream vineyard in France. 🍷✨

When we first set our eyes on the rugged, schist hills of Cabrerolles, we had a grand vision, a passion for organic w**emaking, and—truth be told—very little money in the bank.

Instead of traditional loans, we turned to a grassroots crowdfunding scheme. W**e lovers, family, and friends backed our vision, giving us the boost to get Sarabande off the ground.

Our journey in Faugères has been a wild ride: 🌿 The Highs: Tending old-vine Grenache & Syrah, building our w**ery facility, and taking our estate off-grid. 🌦️ The Lows: Weather gambles, late frosts, and navigating French bureaucracy from scratch.

💡 Our top tip if you're chasing your own dream: Don't wait until everything is perfect. Start scrappy, leverage creative funding, and build a community that believes in your story.

We're tracing our history, sharing the highs & lows, and opening the cellar doors to life in the vineyard.
