You don’t need a CRO “program” or pricey consultant to start improving conversions. You need one focused question.
Pick one step in your funnel:
Homepage → Category → Product → Cart → Checkout.
❓Now ask: “What are the top 3 reasons a visitor would drop off at this exact step?”
Examples:
Homepage: “I don’t get what this store sells or who it’s for.”
Product page: “I’m not sure if this solves my problem or fits me.”
Checkout: “This feels long, complicated, and I don’t know the final price yet.”
Then, for each reason, make one change that adds clarity or removes friction.
Give it a couple of weeks. Measure. Repeat.
