Stratngo members had the honor to participate in a workshop conducted by Louis de Sallmard and Kenny Joulin, senior consultants of CMI Strategies.

CMI Strategies has a strong expertise in strategy, innovation, transformation and human resources management.

During the conference, we learned about career opportunities as strategy consultant and the responsibilities associated with each position. We also discovered the mindset of CMI consultants: to be curious, to be passionate, to step out of our comfort zone and above all to go beyond our clients’ expectations.

We also had the opportunity to work on business cases relating to the managerial challenges a junior consultant may face with his manager or client. This will certainly be of great use to us at the beginning of our career.

Yesterday, Stratngo Consulting was honored to welcome Manuel Patrouillard, global managing director of Handicap International - Humanity & Inclusion, for an inspiring conference. After working for 13 years in strategic consulting, Manuel Patrouillard made a career shift and decided to focus his energy on the nonprofit sector.

The current Covid-19 crisis has deeply affected communities across the globe. Nor should we forget the long-standing problems affecting certain geographical areas: terrorism, political instability, diseases... In this context, it is crucial for NGOs to foster innovation in order to alleviate suffering more effectively.
