Ce week-end, nous n'avons pas vendangé mais avons travaillé en cuverie :
🍇Remontage du Bourgogne Pinot Noir (remonter le jus du fond de la cuve vers le dessus afin d'extraire les tanins ...)
🍇Débourbage des Petit Chablis, Chablis et Premiers crus déjà en cuve (séparer le jus clair des résidus solides appelés « bourbes » (pépins, peaux, pulpe).
Les odeurs et les couleurs sont belles 😍.

L'abus d'alcool est dangereux pour la santé, à consommer avec modération.

This weekend, we didn’t harvest grapes but worked in the winery :
🍇Pumping over of the Burgundy Pinot Noir (pumping the juice from the bottom of the vat to the top to extract the tannins…)
🍇Racking of the Petit Chablis, Chablis and Premiers Crus already in the vats (separating the clear juice from the solid residues known as "lees" : seeds, skins, pulp).
The aromas and colours are lovely😍.

Vendanges jour 3 :
Nous avons vendangé à la main nos jeunes vignes.
On voit l'impact du stress hydrique sur les raisins...
Le jus est beau et bon 🤩.

Jour 2 des vendanges 2026. Au pressoir Mickael a accueilli une partie des Chablis Premier Cru Cote de Lechet et le Bourgogne Pinot noir.

Day 2 of the 2026 grape harvest. Mickael welcomed a batch of the Chablis Premier Cru Côte de Lechet and the Burgundy Pinot Noir to the press.

La pause estivale est terminée. Nos bouteilles ont aussi voyagé ⛱️.
Aujourd'hui, nous préparons les vendanges qui débuteront mercredi au Domaine 🍇.

Pour protéger nos vignes de la deuxième vague de chaleur envisagée 🥵, nous avons préventivement pulvérisé du talc. Il va agir préventivement comme une protection solaire en abaissant la température du feuillage et des grappes🍇 .

To protect our vines from the second heatwave that’s forecast 🥵, we’ve taken the precaution of spraying talcum powder on them. It will act as a preventative sun protection by lowering the temperature of the foliage and the grapes 🍇 .
