Time flies... already 1,5 year ago with one of our favourite clients UK on the glacier in Italy. What a great experience, team journey and leadership journey this was! Really going for the X-tra mile. Finding our way in a blizzard trying to catch the last lift back to the valley. We succeeded, thanks to great team work, a positive spirit, never giving up and courageous leadership. Looking forward to start up our programs here in the mountains again! With

Being stuck on a chair after a knee operation I got triggered by an amazing documentary about the World Economic Forum and his founder, Klaus Schwab (81 years old). Watching the documentary, however, I was overwhelmed by mixed feelings of sadness and hope.

Yes!! This is what we call going the X-mile. There’s trust and there’s communication, but is it enough for sustainable success? is what we learned today. It was beautiful but tough. We literally experienced that we could pull each other through a snow storm 💨❄️ 💪🏻💪🏻🤩🤩

throwback on ChamoiX glacier Xperience with .. being on high altitude will show the ultimate effect of giving trust and getting team support. There’s no way you can hide real fear for the next step. And yes you DO go the Xtra mile if you feel that your team mates understand your fear and are sincerely willing to support you and happily celebrate the breakthrough together!
