📢 Le Champagne Bonnaire recrute !

Nous recherchons un(e) Ouvrier Viticole Polyvalent (H/F) pour rejoindre notre domaine familial.

Vous êtes totalement autonome sur les travaux manuels de la vigne ? Vous possédez des bases en mécanique et vous avez une forte motivation pour apprendre à travailler au tracteur ? Ce poste est fait pour vous ! 🚜

🎯 Vos missions :

- Réalisation des travaux manuels en totale autonomie (taille, lierie, travaux en vert)
- Formation progressive à la conduite d'engins (chenillard et tracteur)
- Participation active aux vendanges et soutien ponctuel en cave.

💼 Ce que nous offrons :

- Un poste évolutif avec une prise de fonction immédiate.
- Secteurs de travail : Cramant et Bouzy.
- Un contrat CDD pensé pour évoluer vers un CDI.
- Une rémunération selon votre profil, complétée par des primes (vacances, vendanges, fin d’année majorée et ancienneté).

From the southern tip of the Côte des Blancs, this new single-vineyard cuvée captures the essence of Les Harengs, a south-facing plot in Bergères-les-Vertus.

Fresh and vibrant on the attack, it opens into a generous, textured palate with subtle oak notes. A new terroir to discover in the Bonnaire collection.

A new chapter begins with the release of our Cramant Nature 2022 - Coteaux Champenois

Harvested ten days after the traditional Champagne picking, this 100% Chardonnay comes from a single old-vine parcel in Cramant called Les Marmouzes, planted in 1962 by our great-grandfather Fernand using massal selection.

Fermented and aged in 228L oak barrels without chaptalisation, this wine captures the natural ripeness of the vintage and the depth of its terroir.

A singular expression of Cramant, only 1840 bottles were produced.

📍 Now available at the domaine and through selected partners.
