Let's talk about cheese & wine! Here are my personal tips 🙂
First things first: The best wines to pair with a cheesboard have no or low tannins, a high fruit component, and in best case a certain acidity.
Off-dry Chenin Blanc or matured Tawny Port tend to be my favourite picks as allrounders.

Aromatic white varietals like Sauvignon blanc or off-dry Pinot Gris also excel with some cheeses.

🇨🇭 Here in Switzerland we also enjoy Chasselas, especially from the Grand Cru site Dézaley, with aged Gruyère or Comté.

👉 Watch out: Some more intense red cheeses, i.e. Munster, can be a challenge for many wines – try pairing them with an ale beer or certain kind of Trappist beers, that is a great alternative.
And how about my own personal favourite Wine-Cheese-Pairing?
Creamy cow cheeses (like Brillat Savarin or aged Camembert) are a brilliant pairing with matured Blanc de Blancs Champagne. 😍 👉🥂 https://bit.ly/philipponat
