For his second Geneva recommendation, Justin Meade, General Manager of Champagne Telmont, takes us to Anouch, the restaurant and art gallery of Chef Tamara Hussian.
Before welcoming us to her table, Tamara invited Justin to join her at the Geneva market to select the seasonal ingredients that inspire her cuisine. Deeply committed to responsible gastronomy, she naturally shares Telmont’s values In the Name of Mother Nature.
With the complicity of top sommelier Kamonchat Waiyakan, the encounter also led to a wonderful pairing between fennel and Champagne Telmont Réserve Brut.

Stéphane Reynaud from the French newspaper Le Figaro tasted Telmont’s Réserve de la Terre Rosé… and this is what it inspired: “on the palate, it feels like gliding between cherry trees and red currant bushes, the taster’s palate pierced by tiny arrows of pleasure.”

This weekend, Justin Meade, General Manager of Champagne Telmont travelled to Portsmouth to support the Team as they competed on home waters in the SailGP Championship.

It was also the perfect opportunity to catch up with driver Dylan Fletcher and present him with our limited-edition Réserve Brut bottle, created in partnership with the Team and available exclusively at stores across the UK.

« Réserve de la Terre » has been awarded the Master Medal, the competition’s highest distinction and « Réserve de la Terre Rosé » has received a Gold Medal.

During his latest trip to Geneva, Justin Meade, General Manager of Telmont, had the pleasure of discovering , a charming bistronomic restaurant where seasonality, precision and generosity come together beautifully. Telmont Réserve Brut is available by the glass, making it the perfect companion to Chef ’s cuisine.
During our visit, the cuvée was paired with a trio of seasonal asparagus, featuring white and green asparagus, an iodized emulsion, shiso, lemon and black sesame. The freshness and delicate tension of Réserve Brut brought remarkable balance to the dish, enhancing the subtle bitterness of the asparagus while beautifully echoing the citrus and saline notes.
A refined and elegant pairing that perfectly illustrates how champagne can elevate the finest seasonal ingredients.

Back in Rochefort for the third consecutive year.
Proud to be the Official Champagne Supplier of the Soeurs Jumelles Festival, founded by Julie Gayet, a unique celebration of the dialogue between cinema and music.
This year’s edition once again brought together an exceptional line-up, with artists including Vanessa Paradis, Charlotte Cardin, Benjamin Biolay, Pomme, Oxmo Puccino and many more, making Rochefort one of the cultural highlights of the summer.

Meet the second opus of « Réserve de la Terre Rosé », our organic manifesto cuvée.

🌱 Crafted exclusively from organic grapes, grown without herbicides, synthetic pesticides, synthetic fungicides, or chemical fertilizers, this cuvée embodies our conviction:
Great Champagne begins with living soils.
🍇 A harmonious blend of 43% Meunier, 34% Chardonnay and 23% Pinot Noir, including 15% vinified as red wine.
☀️ Three vintages: 2022 (73%), blessed with sunshine and exceptional quality; 2021 (16%), challenging yields yet outstanding grapes; 2020 (11%), generous and high-quality
🪴 Three carefully selected terroirs: Taissy Premier Cru, where chalk and clay soils bring freshness and minerality; Damery, with fossil-rich marls adding roundness and depth; Champignol-lez-Mondeville, where clay-limestone soils ensure slow maturation and precise structure.

The result?
A powerful, sun-filled rosé, opening on toasted notes reminiscent of sourdough bread and ripe red fruits, while the palate stands out for its solar intensity and remarkable freshness, with subtle hints of graphite and blood orange. The finish lingers on a noble saline bitterness, gently lifted by a touch of spice, leaving a long, balanced impression.

♻️ And because every detail matters, this cuvée is bottled in green glass, made with up to 87% recycled content (unlike transparent glass, which contains none).

Telmont was proud to be the Official Supplier of the 2026 Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping.

Back at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, the event once again brought together the world’s finest riders and horses in one of the most iconic settings in international sport. For three days, excellence, elegance and performance took center stage in the heart of Paris.

Served at the Gala Dinner imagined by Chef Cyril Lignac and available throughout the weekend at the Village Bar, Telmont shared its vision of a more sustainable future for champagne through its cuvées, led by Réserve de la Terre.

From the vineyards to the arena, the same commitment guides us: excellence in the name of Mother Nature.
