Harvest is not only about picking grapes✂️🍇It’s also about logistics and organisation! Cellar work and cleaning are also an important part 💪So is the lunch🥘🍷But most important is having a great group of new and old friends who participate in this teamwork🥰Thanks to everyone and hope to see you next year as well🙏🙏

After starting fermentation in stainless steel tanks - the Cuveé Somi and L’Or de la Senche are transferred to the oak barrels for completing fermentation 💪

ROSÉ W**E IN THE MAKING 👍After two days of harvesting Syrah from the garden and Grenache-the grapes have spent the night in a refrigerated van🥶Today they were pressed and we had a first look and taste how it will turn out 👌👌
