NICE LUNCH FROM SINGAPORE TO PARIS!

Was nice to meet again super 2* chef from Singapore. The one who brings modern British fine cuisine to the next level!

We experienced a nice lunch at the counter of and it was top! Light, efficient, tasteful, straight to the point. Loved it.

Feels like traveling while staying at home!

PROUD TO ORGANISE SUCH A NICE EVENT!

When you think of beer you do not really imagine it on chef’s table to be paired with his/her menu. Rather wines right?

We gathered 15 top chefs to let them experience the new era of beers. For chefs who take care of their sourcing , select their ingredients carefully and want to bring their story to the table, if they offer beer, it needs to be the same.

has launched a 100% French beer that is matured in top burgundy wine barrels such as Vosne Romanée for example. It brings such a different beer, a premium flavor and such a compelling story.

We dared the beer pairing with chef ´s menu. All of this in such a nice spot.
Good people, good food, good drinks, what else? This is what we love and what we do!

A NEW 3 STAR IS BORN, IN SHANGHAI! SO PRPUD TO COUNT HIM

For happened the unthinkable and unbelievable.
As a young chef more than 30 years ago he was hoping one day he could achieve a star ⭐️ at the Michelin Guide.
In 2000 he got his first star in Germany. When he received the first star for Taian Table in 2016 he was so proud. The move to two stars in 2019 made him cry.
This year he got in Guangzhou for their sister restaurant also two stars.
2+2 in Shanghai and Guangzhou.
But achieving to move to the third star here in Shanghai seemed to be unreachable. Bravo Chef. Respect.

Proud to count those talents within the FRENCHEFS community and portfolio. Remember my visit in 2018 with already the same passionate team!

SUPER PROUD TO HAVE PARTICIPATED TO THE ANAORI NATURALITY TOUR 2021

The Naturality tour by has ended here in Paris after visiting 24 cities in six months. Starting from its birth country, Japan, Anaori has traveled Latin America, Asia and Europe. At each stop an international chef cooking with the brand new cooking tool kakugama, enabling to capture the very essence of each ingredient.
